Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy involves drawing a patient’s blood and centrifuging it to isolate its components. The resulting yellow plasma (PRP), enriched with platelets five times more than whole blood (4.1 billion platelets per collection), is often referred to as “liquid gold”.
